Who We Are:
Adriana B. Guerra has specialized in the architectural and
construction industry for over 30 years. After completing a professional degree in Architecture she gained experience working in small
architectural firms and eventually expanded to open her own business. For the past 22 years she has managed her own company and has been project manager and designer. Throughout her
architectural practice she has gained great knowledge and experience in numerous versatile projects ranging from residential, commercial and industrial work. She markets her own work, attains
her clientele and delegates her projects to her structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers and has always met her client’s expectations.
Adriana is able to take a project from commencement of preliminary design, to construction drawings, permit expediting and bids and negotiation. She is a concerned and helpful designer and project manager showing she truly cares about her clients happiness and the outcome of her projects.
Our team : Adriana B. Guerra works in collaboration with Juan Fernandez-Barquin, PE. They have been working together for over 20 years. She has worked with various MEP Engineers and remains working as a team with the same engineers. This makes for a better business tactic since they all understand each others work and therefore, work well together as a team. Other collaboration is with LuvMyKitchen, owner Efrain Machado.

We will work with you during Preliminary Design until what we design is what you are happiest with, to the production of Construction Drawings so that your design comes to fruition, on paper, in order to attain a building permit which meets the safety and betterment of our clients needs, to Bids and Negotiation and Project Management.
