Adriana B. Guerra

President

Adriana is the founding member of AB Guerra Consulting since 2003 and brings over 30 years of experience to the table.

An avid local architectural history activist, Adriana succeeded in assisting saving a Mediterranean Revival building from demolition as well as assisted in the Flamingo Waterway Historic District. She combines this hands on knowledge with current design techniques to provide a unique approach to modern planning that blends with any neighborhood.

She specializes in residential renovations, additions and new construction but also in the construction and renovation of commercial buildings.

Adriana is the recipient of the National Certificate and Qualifcatiion for Defective Drywall Consultant and was a Licensed Home Inspector. Addtionally, Adriana has published 'Old Buildings - New Solutions' and 'Women in Architecture' for the Creative Womens Institute.
